little update

It came to my attention that the video the kids made did not come through the email. You can click here www.provinceoflove.blogspot.com to go to the blog and see the video. We have our first donation. We only need 599 more people to give $25 to be fully funded. Add your name to the frame and let Moriah know that she is SO LOVED!!!

SO LOVED

We are so thankful for how the Lord has been working. When we took the step of faith to adopt again the financial mountain of raising $35,000 seemed  so overwhelming but we trusted the Lord and answered His call to bring home Moriah. It has been amazing watching God move this mountain. We are so thankful for everyone who has been involved. Papers are moving and we are hoping we will travel early summer or possibly Spring. ( Sarah is praying for a miracle to be there by her Birthday in March.:))  We have been praying about how to raise the last $15,000 we will need. The kids have come up with a special Christmas fundraiser.Watch and see what they are up to.

                                                 The Christmas SO LOVED fundraiser.
For everyone who donates $25 or more you name will be placed on the SO LOVED picture that will be hung in Moriah's room.  The kids have figured out that if 600 people give $25 OR 300 people give $50 OR 150 people give $100 then we would be FULLY FUNDED! Please pray how they Lord would like you to be involved.  All online donations do take a small % for their transaction fees.

For this fundraiser the easiest way to keep track of where we are will be to donate through the Reeces Rainbow button on the left. Please email me at lang4@hometownu.com    so I know what name to add to the picture. We won't get a list of the people who donate until the end of the month and we would love to fill up the picture as we go. We actually found Moriah on the Reeces Rainbow site. She was known as "Shelly" on there so that is why you will see that name in the description on their site. We are excited to see what the Lord will do through this SO LOVED fundraiser.

A Surprise in the Mail

We are jumping for joy over here!!! When I asked for prayer yesterday for papers to keep moving, I didn't expect to have them arrive in the mail today!!  We had gotten a letter saying it would take 10-14 days and didn't expect the papers for over a week and here they were in the mail. We have our official appointment to go get our fingerprints done with homeland security next week!(Please pray specifically that it will go well for Peter they always have trouble getting his prints) This is a huge step because as soon as we get the results (please pray they come quickly) we can then be off to Harrisburg for the state seal $$$ and then send papers off to NY for the China embassy seal $$$ and then we will be ready to send out huge pack of expensive papers (Dossier)$$$$ to CHINA!!!!! YAY!!!!  We are praying this will happen before Christmas.  We are also very excited to say that the  MUDLOVE Bracelet and Mug sale went very well. Sarah and her friends raised $462!! Way to go girls!! Our thermometer keeps creeping up. The auction went very well and as soon as we have all items paid and delivered we will add that to the thermometer. We are so thankful for everyone's generosity. Some people have asked how to make a donation. There are several ways listed on the sides of this page. If you have any questions please email me at lang4@hometownu.com We appreciate all your prayers and hope you are as blessed as we are watching God work!!

Thank you to everyone who helped with the baked sale!!!! (Thank you Sarah for baking endlessly all week long.) Thank you to those who stopped by to shop and donate. You all helped us raise $576. This helped us to bounce over the half way mark to our total needed goal of $35,000. We now are at $17,576!!  We are also waiting to hear totals from the auction and bracelet fundraisers that ended tonight. We are watching God work in mighty ways!!!  We will keep you posted soon with the new total!! We still have one more fundraiser open. It is a Tupperware fundraiser you can check out by clicking HERE   Please keep praying that the Lord will show us what to do next. We have come so far in such a short time but we are praying for new ideas as to what to do next to reach our goal. Thank you for all your prayers! They are so important and such an encouragement. Please also pray for us as we go into the holidays. It is hard not having Moriah here yet. Please keep praying for her to be healthy and safe and for papers to keep  moving!!  Thank you!!

Wow! Watch God Work!

Watch God Work is definitely the theme for Moriah's adoption journey. I can barely keep up with all God is doing!!  We had a wonderful lunch fundraiser again at our homeschool group and we were overwhelmed with the blessing of generous hearts that gave donations and by the support shown in the lunch fundraiser. God is working in so many ways. Not only will Moriah's life be touched but so many people are being touched along the way.

We have several fundraisers occurring this week with the holidays just around the corner!!!

1. We are having a bake sale at the Renninger's Markert in Kutztown this Saturday Nov 21st. Stop by between 8-3 to pick up some delicious baked goods. Sarah and others have been baking away!

2. We currently have an online auction with over 86 items on Facebook. The auction closes on Sunday Nov 22nd. Here is the link  online auction

3. My Sweet Daughter Sarah has been working so hard to get ready for the bake sale this Saturday that she has not had a chance to share anything online about the Mud Love Fundraiser she is doing. This is a is an awesome opportunity to not only help bring Moriah home but also provide 1 week of clean water to someone in need for each item ordered. I love this double blessing! We just found out that we need to cut our time a little shorter so we can have time to distribute the items by Christmas. So if you are interested please email (lang4@hometownu.com) by Sunday (Nov 22) You may be asking what is Mud Love. They are beautiful bracelets and mugs beginning with mud and turned to love. What I love most is that you can choose from 25 classic sayings and the color of the adjustable band for the Bracelets OR create your own saying on your bracelet or mug!! These are great personal gift ideas. Classic Bracelets are $10, Custom Bracelets are $15, mugs are $25 and custom mugs $30. ( If not local we will need to add shipping) Please join me in a triple blessing 1 to bring Moriah home, 2 clean water for someone in need and 3 to bless my sweet Sarah who is working so hard to help bring her sister home from China. Here is a picture of my custom bracelet. I love it!   To view all the bracelet and mug choices click HERE

4. Plexus All Natural Supplements- I now have my own business as an Ambassador with Plexus Worldwide which is helping with extra income to help bring Moriah home.  Each new customer in November will help with a special opportunity to earn additional income and there is FREE shipping this month. There are multivitamins for adults and kids, pain relief, omega, Probio 5, weight loss, gut health and more. Please email me if you would like more information on how to feel better and get healthier before the holidays. Sarah and I have been using these great supplements and they have been life changing. We are getting healthier from the inside out!!

Thank you for all your support to help bring Moriah home!!!
We are almost half way there!!!!

Watch God Work some more!!

It is Orphan Sunday and my heart breaks for the millions of children still waiting for families yet my heart is so thankful for the two boys God has brought to our family through adoption. They have brought so much joy and blessing to us all. Adoption has been an incredible journey that had taught me so much about our loving God and stretched my faith to new levels. I am so thankful to be on this journey again to our precious little Moriah. It is long and hard but so amazing to watch God work. With moving into the next phase of our adoption paperwork there will be a large amount needed soon. The festival was a blessing that would cover part of it. God had given me such a peace that He has this covered. Then God did something amazing. He rained down funds from heaven. I literally had money in my church mailbox today bringing me to tears. Our agency also has a way to donate tax deductible gifts and God put on some peoples hearts to give and their very generous gifts along with the festival have helped us be able to cover phase 2!!! We can now breath and focus on the next huge part that will be needed.  We have almost reach the half way point on our total!! Thank you so much to those of you who have listened and taken action to help Moriah. I love watching God work not only in our lives but in others too.  I just keep giving it to him and asking him to give me wisdom with what fundraisers to do next. Since I only have so many hours in a day and papers that still need to be done along side my other responsibilities. I really need wisdom and help with fundraising. I am so thankful for the friends who have jumped in and started their own fundraisers to help bring Moriah home. It is such a huge blessing!! With Christmas just around the corner we will have some very exciting gifts ideas coming very soon. And don't forget to stop by Renninger's Market on Nov 21st to pick up baked items for the holidays.

Onto Phase #2!!

We are so excited!!  Today our homestudy arrived in the mail.

We then quickly added it to our next pack of forms and went out the door to the post office to start Phase #2. We are applying for our fingerprinting appointment with homeland security. Pray this process will go quickly. It takes several weeks to wait for all this to happen.  Once we get that done we go to Harrisburg for the State Seal on all the papers. And just to make sure everything is complete the pack then goes to NY for the China Embassy seals. Every one of these baby steps comes with costs. We are praying about our next fundraisers. We have a bake sale on Nov. 21st at Renningers Market in Kutztown. If you would like to help you can sign up here (bake sale sign up) We also have a silent auction coming November 16th. If you or someone you know whats to donate items for the auction please email me right away. lang4@hometownu.com
You can visit the auction here. online auction site
We greatly appreciate all your prayers and support!!
