My name is Daphne and I have been married to my wonderful husband for 20 years. We had discussed adoption prior to getting married due to medical issues I had but the Lord surprised us with our beautiful daughter after 10 years of marriage. It was an extremely difficult pregnancy and it was a miracle when she arrived 2 months early with little complications. We are so thankful for this gift from God. The Lord then surprised us with another miracle this time a precious boy that we adopted from Taiwan. This private adoption was a huge blessing from the Lord as the costs were minimal compared to most international adoptions. Several years have passed and our home has been full of love and joy but someone was still missing. The Lord then led us to our our son Cargan who was waiting in China. After being home 2 years we now have found our precious little daughter waiting in China. We are praying for a miracle to bring Moriah home. We are currently at the beginning of the process and hope to have her home the summer of 2016!! This will be a very difficult and humbling journey as we wait upon the Lord. We have been so encouraged by so many families that have walked before us and we look forward to all the Lord will do.
